Seasonal Horticulture Intern

Emma is a rising junior who grew up outside of Buffalo, New York. She is studying agricultural science with a minor in horticulture. Her love for helping in the garden has been growing from the time that she was young. Since she joined the Penn State community, the Arboretum has become her favorite place to take a peaceful stroll through the gardens or watch a colorful sunset with friends. She recently worked at the Fleishman Root Agroecology Lab on campus. As a horticulture intern at the Arboretum, she is excited to experience additional hands-on outdoor work at this beautiful and beloved location on the Penn State campus.
