If an event is canceled by the Arboretum, registration fees will be refunded.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Individual Events: If you cancel your registration at least 14 days prior to the event start date, you will receive a full refund of your registration fees.
- Series of Events:
- Cancelling an Entire Series of Events: If you purchased a series of events and want to cancel the entire series, cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the first event in the series to qualify for a refund.
- Cancelling Individual Events Within a Series: If you purchased a series of events and need to cancel individual events within the series, you may be eligible for a refund if the events are also sold individually by the Arboretum (not only sold as part of a series). To be eligible for a refund, the individual events must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to the event start date. If you purchased the entire series at a discounted rate, any eligible refund will be the difference between your discounted series cost and the full cost of the remaining events. For example, if you purchase a series of five $20 events at a “full series discounted rate” of $80 ($100 full cost), and you cancel the first two events in the series (at least 14 days before the first event), your refund will be $20.00 ($80 – $60, the full cost of the remaining three events at $20 each).
- Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Requesting a Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must use our Cancel Event Registration form to cancel your registration at least 14 days before the event (according to the policy).
