Shinrin-yoku/Forest Bathing Walk

Join an ANFT-certified forest therapy guide on Thursdays from September 5 through October 24 for slow, sensory, guided walks with invitations to immerse yourself in nature. Two walks are available every Thursday, and advanced registration is required. Walks will take place in the Hartley Wood.
