Family Gardening Club: Lettuce and Watering Cans

Calling all young gardeners and their families! Are you interested in growing your own food and flowers? If your answer is “yes,” then dig right in by registering for our Arboretum Family Gardening Club!

This week you will plant your very own loose-leaf lettuce in a full-size container suitable for small outdoor spaces and craft a recycled watering can. Program activities will include lettuce seed sowing, crafting a plant label and watering can, plant education and care instructions, and an opportunity to build community with other young gardeners.

• Cost: $35 per child (or all 6 sessions for $150)
• Each registration includes 1 accompanying adult. Additional adult participants can be added for $20 per adult for individual sessions or $75 per adult for the entire series.
• All supplies will be provided.
