Bird Walk

Join avian experts for a birdwatching walk! Autumn provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy our feathered friends during their season of greatest abundance, when a large number of first-year birds are joining the waves of adult birds migrating through Pennsylvania.

All levels of birding experience are welcome at this drop-in program. Groups will meet at the Overlook Pavilion and proceed into the Arboretum’s natural areas. Please wear sturdy shoes suitable for walking in rustic areas, and bring binoculars if you have them. The Arboretum has a small number of binoculars available to borrow.
