Drop in to the Arboretum for a bird-watching walk led by avian expert Joe Gyekis. During the peak month of spring migration, observers will get the chance to catch a glimpse of the many birds traveling from winter habitat to their warm-season breeding grounds.
Please dress for the weather and wear shoes suitable for walking in rustic areas. Bring binoculars if you have them. A limited number of pairs will be available to borrow.
Bird walks are dependent on the weather. Walks will generally proceed in light rain but may be canceled without notice in the event of severe weather.
