Stories Under the Sky
June 3 @ 7:45 pm - 9:15 pm
An event every month that begins at 7:45 pm on day First of the month, repeating until October 7, 2022
On the first Friday of each month, join researchers from Penn State’s Department of Anthropology and storytellers from the State College community as they share myths and legends about the stars from diverse cultures under the open sky in the Arboretum. After each night’s story is told, Penn State Department of Astronomy students and researchers will guide us in stargazing, if skies are clear. This program will be held in Childhood’s Gate Children’s Garden and will be cancelled with steady rain or inclement weather.
